We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hevto. If you're not entirely happy with your wetsuit, you can return it under the following conditions:
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

New Condition: The wetsuit must be in brand-new condition, unused in water, and suitable for resale to other customers.

Original Tags Intact: The original tags must be attached and undamaged.

Original Packaging: The wetsuit must be neatly folded and returned in its original packaging without any signs of damage.

Return Window: All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, washed, or otherwise differ from their original state upon receipt.
Return Process

Ensure your item meets all the above conditions.

Package the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring tags are intact. We offer free return shipping.

Once our fulfillment center receives and inspects the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 days and issue the amount back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
