The odor you’re smelling comes from the glue, and it’s a natural part of the manufacturing process. Simply airing out the wetsuit or rinsing it in cold water will help the smell fade over time. We guarantee that only eco-friendly materials and adhesives are used.

We use high-quality OPP sealed bags to protect the product during shipping. It's normal to see slight creases when you first open the package, and according to the wetsuit quality policy, these are creases that do not affect normal use. Please understand that due to the nature of the materials used in wetsuit manufacturing, some creases are unavoidable. If the creases are too noticeable and affect the fit, please take a picture and send it to us. We’ll provide the best customer support.

Yes, you can return or exchange the wetsuit within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure the wetsuit has not been used, and that the product packaging and tags are in good condition.
